Once the buyer has made a verbal or emailed commitment to purchase an item, the item will be reserved for a period of ten days during which time payment must be received.
Antique And Modern Firearms Regulations
All antique guns are sold strictly as antique collectibles and are not warranted as safe to load or fire.
All guns manufactured before or during 1898 are considered antique under Federal law and do not require a Federal Firearms License in most states and locales. Buyers of antique firearms must be at least 21 years of age and legal to purchase in his/her state of residence. Residents of states and locales with stricter guidelines that exceed the Federal laws must have items shipped to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) or Curio & Relics license holder.
Modern firearms must be received by a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). A legible, signed-in-ink copy of the FFL will be required with your payment. Most sporting goods shops, pawn shops, gunsmiths and gunshops offer this service for a small fee.
NOTE: All modern handguns must now be sent via UPS overnight.
Shipping And Insurance
All guns are expertly packed in new boxes to prevent damage during shipping. We ship via UPS ground, and require adult signature upon receipt. Our fee for shipping is $35. If you would like insurance, please figure an additional 0.45 per $100 value.
Payment Methods
We now accept all major credit cards. We also accept certified checks or money orders. We will ship the same day we receive payment. Personal checks are perfectly acceptable, and we will ship as soon as the payment clears with our bank. PLEASE MAKE PAYMENTS TO "TOM EVANS". Layaway Terms
30% initial payment, with the balance due within 60 days. Layaway orders are considered final from receipt of first payment. We do not offer refund or return privileges on layaway items due to the lengthy time the item has to be held. Accounts which fall inconsiderately behind will be returned to inventory and any payments made will be forfeited.
Satisfaction Guarantee
All guns are original and unaltered unless otherwise stated. If the item is other than described, it may be returned for a full refund, less shipping. Prior approval is necessary and item must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Firing or taking the item apart will void return privileges.
